, a twice-a-year expanded expo version of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce's monthly business networking events, will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Heritage Hall in the Kahler Grand Hotel, 20 Second Ave. S.W. • Self-Defeating Habits of Otherwise Brilliant People, a day-long seminar on conflict resolution in the workplace, will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hormel Sales Cabin in Austin. The workshop, which is being offered by the Minnesota Council for Quality and the Rochester Area Quality Council, will be facilitated by Anna Maravelas of Thera Rising. Maravelas is an expert in workplace conflict resolution and will share how to create emotionally resilient teams, avoid risk factors for heart disease and depression, and eliminate five root causes of simmering hostilities.
