Story of Rangam Consultants, Inc.

The journey of Rangam started in 1995 by two young technocrats with innovation and quality services in mind after getting corporate experience with various fortune 500 companies, such as, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, Lucent, Telcordia, McKinsey, and Verizon. The goal was to serve information to technology industries with better cost-effective enterprise technological solutions and provide highly skilled resources for technology projects. In the beginning of the year Rangam was funded by consulting revenue from the founders of the development and marketing of the products developed by Rangam. Between 1997-2001, the IT industry was flourished by e-commerce boom, and Rangam developed B2B and B2C portals. With the Dot-com bubble burst in 2001-2002, Rangam would have almost lost the hope of success with the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars of investment in developed technology. Since in the field of Information Technology when the technology changes rapidly, in 2002 Rangam’s multi-million dollar intellectual property would be worth nothing.

However, with lot of failures and some successes, Rangam has grown to be a well-respected size staffing company with a sister innovative technology company WebTeam Corporation in the last 17 years. .In 2005, Rangam started its offshore subsidiary, Rangam InfoTech Pvt. Ltd is now serving Rangam with staff of over 65 highly professionals for its back office support and management. After the successful relationship with Life Science Company, Rangam added some large Telecom, Insurance, Energy sector client and more. In last 10 years, Rangam has successfully established a track record with all its client is as a top five performing vendor in almost all quarters. The success of Rangam is due to its innovative approach to manage the staffing life cycle process utilizing mobile technology, social network and web based recruiting model.

In the bad credit market, Rangam has managed almost 100% organic growth rate in last three years. Along with this growth, Rangam has participated and funded some of the most appreciated efforts in the area of Autism intervention with its sister company WebTeam Corporation. Recently in the Autism Awareness Month of April, 2012, Rangam and WebTeam Corporation have also received commendations and proclamations from the Governor Chris Christie and the Mayor of Franklin Township, Mr. Levine for their grand work done to serve the Autism Community. On Thursday, May 17, 2012 Shanesh COLORS program was featured in the Courier News emphasizing on its uniqueness and effectiveness and contribution to our society. Our Autism intervention app downloads has exceeded 50,000 downloads in last 6 months. We have successfully launched over 40 different apps in Google Play and iTunes for Autism intervention.
