LAFAYETTE, LA - The Women's Business Center of Lafayette, is holding its first Small Business
Expo for people thinking of starting a business or those needing to expand their current companies. The expo will be held at Paragon Casino Resort in Marksville, LA on Thursday, May 3, 2012. Registration begins at 8:00 am and a Continental Breakfast will be served. Beginning at 9 am, a variety of free training sessions will take place.
The topics will include Ask a Lawyer, Doing Business With the Government, SBA Financing, Credit Education, Resource Partnering and more. The event will offer a day for the public to speak with resource partners and learn information that may have otherwise been difficult or costly to obtain.
