• Workforce 2020, a program sponsored by the Rochester Area Quality Council, will run 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with registration opening at 7:30 a.m. Jessica Ihrke of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce will discuss the evolution of Workforce 2020 and how it continues to impact the community. She will share the history of Workforce 2020, why it is important to the community, as well as lessons learned. The discussion will be held in room 206/208 of the Coffman Building in the Rochester Community and Technical College University Center, 851 30th Ave. S.E., Rochester.
