Oil and Gas Service Organization is seeking a dynamic and goal oriented individual to join our growing team in Lafayette, LA. Reporting to the company Senior Vice President you will be part of a team that develops new business opportunities. This position plays an instrumental role in defining and leading the sales process and positing the company for future growth. You will identify, select and develop new business opportunities while working to maintain and grow existing client base.  The position directly supervises entire business development team and maintains departmental budget, strategic sales planning and strategies.

Core Responsibilities:
? Directly oversee and manage business development unit
? New and existing client business development
? Budget and financial management
? Contract negotiations and proposal writing
? Relationship management

Role Expectations:
? Promote and sell all company services/products to the Oil and Gas industry.
? Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, community/professional organizations as well as internal/external team members to create partnerships that yield success
? Create and maintain a prospect client list.
? Schedule prospective client visits regularly to develop new business relationships.
? Monitor and attend industry trade events for networking purposes.
? Seek new opportunities for development of alliance and partnering arrangements beneficial and complementary to company's business scope.
