• Judicial Reform in Minnesota, an educational seminar sponsored by the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, the Citizens League of Rochester and the Coalition for Impartial Justice, 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., Ramada Hotel & Conference Center, 1517 16th St. S.W., Rochester. Sarah Walker, president of the Coalition of Impartial Justice, will discuss an amendment to the state constitution, proposed by the coalition, that would give voters more information about judges' performance.
