BataviaNational recognition for PSA: Batavia Access Television (BATV) recently received an honorable mention for a Public Service Announcement (PSA) featuring the Batavia Public Library’s Born to Read program from the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA). The Born to Read program offers complimentary bags to parents of new babies who live in Batavia or within the Batavia Public Library District or School District. The bags contain several books for babies and early literacy information for parents.
